I currently live at a duplex though minnix. I opened a maintenance request December 1st, 2021. That same day Bryon Roye came said we needed a new fridge it was not working at all. It still has not been fixed. Yet on December 10,2021 they closed the request saying it was fix. I reopened it and got a call from the maintenance guy again Bryon Roye to set up an appointment for December 16,2021 @ 1. He never showed up. I just moved here.. the lady was very nice before signing the lease… After I signed the lease, she became so mean. The carpet was not clean prior to move in… other than that no pb so far

Place is a joke. They advertise homes as Available Now then send you the link to do a self guided tour. But the only appointment for these “ self guided tours” are like 3,4 weeks away. Nobody’s got time for that shit. When you say “ Available Now”, that’s usually what it means, NOW!!

Minnix property management is the worst management I have experience. Our lease is ending in a few days. When we first moved in the ac didn’t work and we had and 8 month old baby moving in so the parents called everyday and they didn’t nothing for over a month cuz we’re not putting a small baby in an apartment with no ac in middle of the summer. I have lived in this apt for 2 years under different management. They were awesome.Now that minnix has taken it over my water bill went up from about 30 to 89 dollars. My kitchen sinks were stopped.up after 2 weeks they sent someone to fix it which I had already done. Nothing seems to be getting done. Had to complain about the weeds around my air conditioner and they did finally mow. They don't seem to have any maintenance. Not happy with them at all

I moved in on March 1st and prior to me moving in they lied about not speaking to me about an earlier move in date. These people does not answer the phone and are horrible with communication. I put in a maintenance request the day I moved in because the outlets in both of the bathrooms DO NOT WORK and no one has come to fix it. Got a email that the work order was closed because I didn’t respond! Lmao I never got any calls or text from these people. Do not choose to deal with this company they are snakes.

Stop being dishonest . Stop the theivery . Look at all the negative reviews you folks have received for all 5he stealing you've done . I don't understand how no one has reported you guys to the BBB , but I guess you don't really care

Had an appointment to view a property a couple different times and they never showed at 1 and just recently, this morning in fact, told me the property had been rented after I drove to the site. This company has no respect for other people's time. First impression is important especially when you are interested in a landlord - tenant relationship. Scratch "Minnix Properties" off my list!
