This company is a scam. I was suspicious of the way they sounded over text because it didn’t seem like I was talking to a real person. I scheduled a tour of a property while I was out of town, and said my roommate would be there for the tour. They confirmed the tour with me and my friend showed up on time, but the “agent” never came. I tried to call the number that had been texting me and was sent to a suspicious sounding voicemail. Don’t rent from them we had a horrible experience with this company. When my sons air conditioner went out in the heat of the summer it took a month for them to come and fix it, he was without air conditioner and was miserable. They do not return calls and are hard to get a hold of. The air conditioner went out several times after that and had to go through the same thing again. They only gave us back half our deposit because there was a speck of dust on a blind, when we moved into the house it was dirty and not kept up... read more
I have been calling the regular maintenance line and the EMERGENCY maintenance lines for 2 weeks with no answer!!! Today I went on line to the Tennant portal to put in my issue and when I did it put up an error message that said "Sorry, chat is currently unavailable, please call to process your maintenance request ". So I called AGAIN, and it just rings and nobody answers!!! I need my LEAKING FAUCET FIXXED! My water bill is up $30 this month, and I can't get ahold of you IDIOTS!!!

i called so i could see a house ive had my.eye on for a while because its been posted for over a month. i see why its been posted so long no one picks up the phone.
They do not answer emails, nor return phone calls. If you call you get a phone minion who tells you to look online at the property. ——Ummmmm, did that. That is why I am calling. I want to set up an appointment to view the home. Never an actual leasing agent to talk to. Don’t waste your time. Such a disappointment.
Absolutely, positively, the most unprofessional company in lbk. It has taken 3 months for a refund of no small amount of money! I'm told it'll be ready one day and it's not I take my baby out in pouring rain with a guarantee from the financial department it'll be ready 10 am and guess what its not!! I get to waste my time and money trying to get my money back FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE!! For the love of God be careful! If I could put zero stars I would!!! Glad I dodged a bullet not moving in!
I've tried and tried to overlook the shortcomings from this management company, but 6 months in and I'm done. I'm already looking for my next home. This company will absolutely be friendly and super helpful but the take your deposit and forget about you until your move in date. And then you move in to a dirty, broken home. I think they must have one maintenance person for their entire company. The former landlord took care of things quickly. What good is putting in maintenance request online when they're ignored. When my lease is up they can keep their deposit but I won't clean squat.
Worse place to move into... they will screw you over In any way possible to make sure you won't get your deposit back... if you decide to move into one of their properties make sure you take pictures of everything and anything and keep them for your record even the lights literally take pictures of your lights in your unit
