Never, never, never rent from these people!!! They will take advantage of you and screw you over every chance they get! They have no respect whatsoever for their tenants! They don't care about your privacy your welfare or even what's right or wrong. Go anywhere else, just don't rent from these terrible people!!!
I don’t recommend MINNIX at all. I paid $1000 deposit to move into a duplex that wasn’t move in ready and had multiple problems. I took extremely good care of the unit(including tilling the back yard). I submitted an inventory and condition form when I moved in, and all of the damages on the form where charged against me and deducted from my deposit. They sent me a $25 refund check OUT OF $1000 DONT GO WITH MINNIX
My husband and I moved into a house that was dirty and in rough shape. We fought with them about mold the entire 2 years we lived in the house. We were forced to leave due to respiratory issues. Upon move out we were charged for numerous things that were already a problem when we moved in. Minnix doesn't care about their tenants, only their money.
They are very unorganized and lack basic communication skills. Moving out I’ve emailed 3 times and left 4 verbal messages with no response in weeks.

One of your homeowners has found us on Facebook and has been commenting on photos of our newborn baby threatening us. I’d like to know what is going to be done about this.
Spoke with an agent about a listing, and was encouraged to fill out an application. Filled out the application, and when I checked the listing the next day, the rent had been increased. When I contacted them to see which rent would be honored, they said it would be the higher one. At that I told them I’d like to cancel my application, and they said that would be fine, but they would keep the application fee, even though nothing had been processed yet. Horrible way to do business.

Absolutely horrible, we have been without Ac since the 24th of August!!! Sure they have scheduled a company to come “fix” it but Minnix refuses to actually fix the problem, they just want Double T to basically put a bad aid over it and that’s what they been doing, unfortunately for us it hasn’t worked! Minnix Propery let us tour one of their houses and then sent us an application at $35 for both me and my wife ($70 total) and then about 12 hours later told us that the house had been rented out and they had not even finished processing our application. Which means that they had already approved someone and were just waiting for the deposit at the time they gave us an application. If I knew someone else had already been given the house why would I bother to pay an application fee???? They are deceitful and crooks!!!!
They do not let you know they will be showing you a home with multiple people. I do not feel comfortable seeing a home to rent in a group of people who are also looking to rent! if I was told it would have not been such a shock. Evidently this is their "policy", but no one in the showing was told they were not seeing it privately. When asked why we were not told, they just said " sorry for the miscommunication" I will not rent from Minnix..
