Clearly not a healthy living environment. This happened Wednesday last week. Still no help from this group. The property manger of my resident has failed to reach out to time and time again. When we moved in the house you could tell that the house was prepared with less than half effort. Overall in my previous 5 years in Lubbock this definitely takes the cake. #MoveOutOfMinnix
Their staff is not on the same page about their properties and are very hard to get in touch with. They were not very friendly. I do not recommend renting from them! They are fascists. They provide for the owner at a disproportionate expense to the renter. They are a plague upon the working class.
No one answers phones and they like to charge you even after you’ve moved out and been gone for a year. 0/10 would not recommend
It’s simple They are thieves. Do not do business with them.
They kicked me out of my rent house for "excessive flatulence" I don't know why, It smelled like a 55 gallon bucket full of buttholes when I moved in. So I highly doubt my hotdog hole made it THAT much worse! My Asian neighbors are also renters, not a single word has ever been said about all the surrounding area cats and dogs that've gone missing...

Moved in a little over a month ago, I immediately sent in maintenance request for things that were not completed before move-in and they have been marked as completed yet no one has been to the house to actually fix it. And now my AC has been broke three times and we were told to replace our filters (which is not a problem) until we found out that the unit is in the attic and there is no runway to get to it. Absolutely the worst company!! Just because I didn't left the apartment sparking clean by leaving the fridge a bit dirty and the drip pan dirty which costs only 15 bucks to replace they took my $400 deposit and still charged me $100 extra without notifying me and sending the bill to collections straight in less than a month. Even after this pandemic they still got the nerve to tell me that they won't show any proof of the receipt to "clean" the small one bedroom apartment for a ridiculous amount of $500.00.
