I have used Craig Lipson of The Money Store to refinance my primary residence. Craig was responsive and very knowledgeable about the process. I have done several refinances with Craig Lipson now, and he is the most ethical and responsive mortgage rep I've ever worked with. There are never any last minute bait-and-switch surprises like I've had with other brokers, and he keeps the transaction rolling to ensure you get the locked rate. The Money Store was very supportive in my Re-Finance, as I had previously Re-Financed my home with their services. This time around I was contacted by Craig Lipson (my finance guy from last Re-Fi), to inform me that rates had dropped again and he could try to get me an even lower rate.
