Craig Lipson at the Money Store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He did a couple of refi's for me over the last two years. I am a very happy customer indeed. Waiting for the rate to drop a little bit more for another refi. Will definitely contact Craig again for sure. Thank You

Craig Lipson found us a good interest rate for refinance. He was very responsive to our questions, and in getting our paperwork through to the lender. Most of the time my emails were answered within an hour, any time of the day. I'm not sure if he sleeps! I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We worked with Craig Lipson from The Money Store recently to refinance our home. There were several points where what seemed like insurmountable issues would prevent us from taking advantage of their super low interest rates but Craig always had a clever solution to keep the deal alive. Craig Lipson from the Money Store is the best go-to person for mortgages. He offers great rates and is efficient and responsive. My whole extended family uses his services. We've refinanced with him several times. We highly recommend Craig! Update: I used Craig again for my refi this year. It was particularly complex due to unforeseen circumstances and he navigated this very well and helped my avoid incurring unnecessary fees. I will use him again in the future.

I have refinanced my home twice in the past two years. After having a positive experience working with Craig Lipson for the first refinance , I was not disappointed the second time. Not only was he able to secure the best rate available, but he is quick to reply to emails, and he stays in touch throughout the process. Craig Lipson was very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. Craig worked with us to resolve complex questions from the lender concerning cash flow in our financial statements. These questions were answered in a timely manner insuring we closed on time.
