I have refinanced my home 3 times with the Craig Lipson at The Money Store since 2010 and have had good experiences with each transaction. The process in general has become much more complex since new legislation has been enacted and these folks do their best to minimize the amount of work.
Worked with Craig Lipson on a jumbo mortgage refi. Cost/rate were the best available (by a significant margin) and Craig and the team were great to work with with. I travel extensively for work and they were very accommodating with the closing. Have already reccommeded to friends..... Thanks!
I highly recommend Craig Lipson at the money store for your home loan. I have worked with Craig over 3 years on 3 new loans and I shopped around each time. He was the best deal each time and amazingly quick to respond to any issues that came up. I have also had freinds and family work with Craig on 5 other loans, some several times themselves, and not a single bad experience!
Craig Lipson was our broker, he was great, very helpful and responsive. We did 3 refi's with him, 2 on our home and one on a rental property, they all went great and we were very happy. Craig is very thorough, and always stays on track -- if anything, he will push you to stay on track and on time, you never have to worry if he is working on your application.
