I cannot highly recommend Craig Lipson with The Money Store enough; if there were 10 stars he'd get them. I have refinanced 2 mortgages with Craig. We have used Craig Lipson's services to refinance home mortgages twice in the past 2 years. The first time Craig helped us refinance, we were a little concerned about using an out-of-state lender - especially a lender in a different time zone, but Craig's attentiveness to our loan quickly resolved that concern. I worked with Craig Lipson at the Money Store to refinance my house on two seperae occasions. Both times he was extremely helpful. He walked us right through the process and took care of any problems that arose in a very prompt manor. Getting a mortgage has become a very complex process but Craig did a great job of navigating the red tape. We got a great rate at a very low cost and we got it done quickly. Craig Lipson was great to work with. The bank that was buying my loan through us a HUGE curveball at the last minute that made this a very stressful experience. Craig owned the issue and did all in his power to solve the problem, kept me informed, escalated as necessary and empathized with my situation.
