I worked with Craig Lipson from the Money Store, and I really cannot imagine a better experience. Craig is available all the time, is totally transparent, and was entirely free of BS or sales-iness. The mortgage broker world doesn't have a great reputation, and it shouldn't, but there are gems. Craig is one.
