don't know where to start, but here goes, my orthopedic doc sent over a request for x-rays, on 5/2 I called to schedule an appointment, was told that you can walk in for x-rays, so i went to a location in ******** AZ, only to be told they only do MRI'S, they said Glendale AZ could do them, so I drove to ******** Thunderbird location, said x-ray tech was part time and that they could not do them, so they said Buckeye location could, I said are you sure, she answered yes, that she worked at that location previously, so I go to... read more

I had X-Rays at this facility six days ago and still am unable to get results. I was told the radiologist has not looked at my x-ray. Going to this facility was a big mistake. My condition is worsening, but I still do not have an answer for my symptoms. Im

First of all if they have zero star, I will give them zero They have the worst customer service ever they are so rude and unprofessional Schedule me with one location 40 minutes away and when I get there, Ill be told oh you are in the wrong location Do you have to reschedule your appointment so I wasted my day plus I lost a day with work because of them this is bull c***

I would never go back to SimonMed Imaging. I think the billing department is a scam. The day of my service 2/17 I put down $103 and had automatic payments every month of $70. Well in between those payments I was making additional payments to get it paid off faster. I received an email on April 1 with my remaining balance of $233.58. So then I made a payment of $122 on April 2, $50 on April 8 and $61.58 on April 15 which paid of my balance. On April 15 I saw I payment of $70.90 on my card. I have made ******* in payments between 2 visits to simonmed for xrays because They said I would have been refused service otherwise. They still have not even filed a claim for these services with my cigna insurance. I have called several times, and once a cigna representative talked to them while i waited on hold. It has been approximately 8 months since this all started.

Back in July of 2022, Simon med said per my insurance I owe 207$ and some change. I agreed to pay unfortunately, I then asked my mom how much HER MRI was. She stated insurance covers our MRIs and I shouldnt have paid anything! This is not the first time they have said per our insurance we owe money.. I suggest never going to them, how many people dont look into it and just take their word for it? They are stealing peoples money.

For three agonizing months, I've been pleading for my medical records. Each call leads to a robotic extension, robotically directing me to their website, then abruptly hangs up. Faxes and emails vanish into the void. Even my doctor's ******* armed with my signed request and a follow-up call, was met with denialthey claimed I wasn't even a patient! The sheer incompetence on display is mind-boggling. I'm relieved to sever ties with this abysmally subpar medical establishment.

The company and people are worthless. I asked for a detailed receipt with billing code. They are unwilling to provide a billing code when you talk to someone in *****.
