My doctor sent an order for a Barium Swallow x-ray in January 2024. They never called me to schedule the appointment. So, I scheduled the appointment and was told they can't get me in until May 24, 2024. I called for the appointment in February . Four days before my appointment they cancelled and was told they do not have a radiologist. When I called them back it was so frustrating to speak to people that don't care, have you repeat your name, address, and date of birth so many times. I was 40 minutes on the line with SimonMed answering all their questions to make an appointment. Finally made an appointment date and time . But later realized they didnt even tell me the address my appointment is . When I called to find out . They told me that I dont have scheduled appointments.Such an unreliable company.

This company is horrible. I have called 13 times trying to get a detailed invoice for an Ultrasound for my FSA. NODOBY there can send me an invoice. How is this even possible? I have asked for a supervisor, I have been hung up because now I am so frustrated that I have wasted so much time trying to get a simple invoice.I will never use this company again for any service. If ZERO stars were an option I would give that.

They get one star because 0 wasnt available. They hung up on me 9/10 times that I called. I was looking for help with scheduling a medical test and things escalated where I wanted to leave a survey for the poor service and each time the rep either bypassed the option for me to leave a survey or the system hung up on me. I requested a supervisor 3 times and each time the rep put me on hold and then hung up on me. I asked to be called back if the line disconnected and they did not call back. I had 7 x-rays taken and signed the necessary document to have the report sent to my house.Days after I received a call to schedule an appointment to have my x-rays taken. I explained to the staff that the imaging was completed and I didnt want any more calls or text sent to me.The response I received was do you want me to cancel the x-rays. This incompetent organization is not worth one star. Two weeks ago was my husbands appointment for a brain *** - we walked in and were immediately told they cant do it here and we have to reschedule at another location where they can do the scans they want. I asked why didnt the scheduler let me know which location is the correct location? Oh were sorry was their only explanation. They are incompetent and they use poor English speakers from ***** to answer phones. They NEVER do the Pre-Certifications required but lie to you and say they did, then they charge you up front and then bill with insurance and let the patient pay extra due to lack of pre-certification. When you try to talk to someone about the issue they are rude and do not help at all, they just direct you to call your insurance instead. Horrible company! This is the second time they are billing as tho I see an MD which includes a ***** copay! I seen no MD! Only a radiology tech! Had 3 lumbar X-rays! ************ girl told me I owed $16 which was correct thats 20% of my x-rays. Nope when they billed my insurance they coded it as though I seen an MD!
