Welcome Mobile On-site Mammography is Arizona's largest and most advanced mobile mammography program. It has been a pleasure serving and screening the women of Arizona for the past 30 years. As of March 2019, Mobile On-Site Mammography is now a part of SimonMed Imaging. MOM offers the newest fully digital mammography technology available for early detection breast cancer screening and incorporates digital computer aided detection (CAD) to enhance our state-of-the-art mammography equipment.

This is my first and last time not having my tests done within the ****************** system. ****** LEARNED. I was familiar with this particular location when it was known as Diagnostic MRI. The physician I worked for would refer patients here frequently but once it changed over to SimonMed, things obviously went downhill. For starters, their phone system is THE WORST! I am having an issue with SimonMed now trying to charge for more on a Diagnostic/Sonogram Mammogram that was performed in October of 2023. I had them auto-draft the amount out of my account and now after paying off my co-pay with several payments, almost 5 months later, I am getting 2 more bills sent to me charging me another $80 and $20 more. I have twice taken off of work to get a medical screening. I received a text and completed the necessary information including upload insurance, upload my drivers license and completing the question. I get to the appointment, mind you I took off work to do this, and they have no record of my appointment. I am forced to reschedule, take time off of work, complete the information they requested..again and go to the appointment. I once again confirm I have arrived via the text link to my portal. I went to Simonmed for mammogram, had biopsy done for suspicious area. Biopsy came back positive. Made appointment with oncologist who requested hand carry all radiology CD/images.I went to pick these up and was told they were out of CD''s and didn't know when they would be able to get copy of my records.This is outrageous and unacceptable.

SimonMed does appear to have some very unethical billing practices. I have had several different scans over the past 6 months. I am finding that each time I paid the amount that was expected to be paid by my insurance. I have confirmed my insurance has paid these amounts. With each new procedure they would again charge me. Not once did they recognize that I had a credit balance from the prior procedure. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund in the amount of $2,761. Both myself and the provider who referred me for MRI imaging are beyond frustrated. Beyond the concerns outlined in the ****** review -- call center out of country that is very difficult to understand, did not record any information provided (found out later by US-based Rep)- found out appointment cancelled when showing up for 6 am time slot. So after 7 months of service here, they send me a bill for $1880 for a service was done 7 months ago I called my insurance before doing the tests and insurance paid for everything because i have reached my deductible so i was told i have to pay zero out of pocket. Called customer service, they say this was extra charges were not added on service day. How can you add extra charges after service date seven months later. Scammers!

On 11/4/23 I was sent to SimonMed Imaging to obtain xrays of broken fingers. I gave them my insurance information, paid the co-pay and went back to my physician. Fast forward to today, 7/12/24 and I am still fighting with them to file my insurance claim correctly. I have spoken with 6 different customer service/billing reps and all of them assured me that it would be re-submitted to the correct insurance plan. Nothing has been done. Wish there was a no star option. Off shore calls only. No option to speak to a person at the location you chose. Then after 20 minutes of jabber you get disconnected. BS!
