Terrible experience today with Simon med Imaging, we drove 45 min to ********* location for a full body MRI scan, myself and my husband and found out we werent scheduled! Wanted to file a phone complaint, passed from one worker to another, request to speak with a manager they hang up on me! Very professional Simon med!Done with this healthcare provider! Not even one star

Terrible experience. I was referred by my surgeon for an *** that was needed immediately. I contacted SimonMed and provided all of my insurance information. The first ****** on the phone disconnected me while I was on phone instead of putting me on hold. She didn't call back so I called them back. The file was in the system showing that it was at least in process. I again provided my insurance information and was told that they were putting me on hold for authorization. Horrible experience! I had to reschedule 3 separate times. The staff on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They treat you like an assembly line and belittle you when you express frustration. I decided to cancel my appointment all together because the customer experience was the worst Ive ever had.

Horrible! I book my mammogram a week in advance. The latest they had was 245PM. I arrange to be off at 2PM and work in the office to get there on time. I show up and the tech had called out. The girl had no customer service but said another location. Can see me (12miles from the first site). I agree when the girl states if I can make it by 3PM they could fit me in. I went in the beginning of March 2024 for imaging. I was charged nearly $500 and I have insurance. I found out during the appointment that I was charged for a procedure I was not getting. The front desk said they would issue a refund and I should see it in 2 weeks. It did not come. I called the office and they said it went to billing so they were no longer able to process it on their end. I called billing, Billing said I should see the refund in about a month. Waited. I completed all paperwork online over a week before my 8/26 appointment; when I got to the appointment a half hour early, I was too to go have a seat. Well after my scheduled appt time, I enquired about how much longer it would take, and they said they were having trouble contacting my insurance and I would not be able to go in until I paid my copay--they just didn't know what it was and were having trouble verifying my insurance. This is my first and last time not having my tests done within the ****************** system. ****** LEARNED. I was familiar with this particular location when it was known as Diagnostic MRI. The physician I worked for would refer patients here frequently but once it changed over to SimonMed, things obviously went downhill. For starters, their phone system is THE WORST! I am having an issue with SimonMed now trying to charge for more on a Diagnostic/Sonogram Mammogram that was performed in October of 2023. I had them auto-draft the amount out of my account and now after paying off my co-pay with several payments, almost 5 months later, I am getting 2 more bills sent to me charging me another $80 and $20 more. I have twice taken off of work to get a medical screening. I received a text and completed the necessary information including upload insurance, upload my drivers license and completing the question. I get to the appointment, mind you I took off work to do this, and they have no record of my appointment.
