We have found a new vet in Moore Lane Vet! The care and compassion they showed us and our Rotti was amazing. Dr. Leonard was so kind as well as his staff. Should we get another furry family member we will make the 45 mile drive for services here.
My girl’s recent visit on 7/12/25 had a lot to be desired. She is a 12 year old intact German Shepherd. She was 10 days into her heat and developed a temp that was above 103F. She was also trying to pee every few minutes. We took her in as an emergency thinking she had developed a pyometra . They took her to a room when she got there and tech took her temp, it was 103. Susan, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, our veterinarians are limited to how many patients they can see at a given moment and clients may see varying wait times throughout the day. We ask for your understanding as our hospital staff works hard to attend to the needs of every pet that works through our doors even with a large volume of patients.
$200 just to bring in an emergent case. Waited 2.5 hours (after hours when nobody was there) for my hurt & bleeding dog to even be seen. Tried to aggressively muzzle a 3 year old dog who was hurt and scared that has never been muzzled before then had the gump to tell me it was my fault my dog had a bad reaction to something totally foreign to her. without question they will screw you in the end. staff was great. higher management is there problem
From past experience, they try to “help” but have never been very good at it. They microchipped one of our cats only to have it fall out a couple hours later. They have no idea how to help properly with exotic animals that they claim to have techs/docs for (we had to teach them and do their medical research for them!).
