They killed my puppy and treated me as though it didn't matter. Was a few years ago but recent stories from other people made me want to review

One star is generous at best. We brought our very ill cat from in from out of town. The ER staff was nice but it all went downhill from there. We contacted the establishment multiple times and was told that our cat was looking much better. Two days later we were able to go into town to see her condition, and after speaking to the vet on the phone, we were told not only was our cat not any healthier, but that the most humane decision was to euthanize or cat. I took my dog in on 4/14 in early morning for her surgery and picked her up at 12pm the next day. When we had picked her up she had feces built up all in her fur and all over her stomach around the incision. She acted like hadn't been fed once, and was dehydrated. I did not pay 641$ for my dog to be treated with such poor care. The price for what she had done was outrageous. Especially considering the way she was treated. I would not recommend this place. It is heartbreaking seeing an animal so sweet treated so awfully.

If you consider your pet part of your family then DO NOT take your animal to this place. They will literally turn away a dying dog if you do not have the money up front and unfortunately that's what they did to us. We had to sit there and watch our beloved 6 year old boxer die while in so much pain that her body just gave up because we didn't have the money up front, only because we paid 700 dollars 4 days before to find out she had a kidney issue.
