Charged me over $1000 for nothing! Obi sat there for 12hrs with zero help. After picking him up I had to immediately take him to Clarity Vet where I was told he was on the brink of death. Severe dehydration and had the most concentrated urine Dr. Erickson had ever seen. Clarity also commented on the records Moore ln sent over and saw he had no help from them, just charges and fees. I will be reporting them to Veterinary Licensing Board. They were rude, uncaring and plain ignorant.

My girl’s recent visit on 7/12/25 had a lot to be desired. She is a 12 year old intact German Shepherd. She was 10 days into her heat and developed a temp that was above 103F. She was also trying to pee every few minutes. We took her in as an emergency thinking she had developed a pyometra . They took her to a room when she got there and tech took her temp, it was 103. Then said Doctor would be in shortly. After a long wait, tech returns and said there was an emergency and it would be a little bit before Doctor would be seei... read more

Business response:

Susan, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, our veterinarians are limited to how many patients they can see at a given moment and clients may see varying wait times throughout the day. We ask for your understanding as our hospital staff works hard to attend to the needs of every pet that works through our doors even with a large volume of patients.

$200 just to bring in an emergent case. Waited 2.5 hours (after hours when nobody was there) for my hurt & bleeding dog to even be seen. Tried to aggressively muzzle a 3 year old dog who was hurt and scared that has never been muzzled before then had the gump to tell me it was my fault my dog had a bad reaction to something totally foreign to her. The “vet” that helped us was snappy and condescending when speaking to me and my husband, the so called nurse was rude and super unprofessional (we could hear your conversation on ... read more

From past experience, they try to “help” but have never been very good at it. They microchipped one of our cats only to have it fall out a couple hours later. They have no idea how to help properly with exotic animals that they claim to have techs/docs for (we had to teach them and do their medical research for them!). Now, I’m hearing that they have “misplaced” someone else’s beloved fur baby and not giving them straight answers on what happened! This is actually NOT the first time I have heard of a dog going missing from t... read more

https://www.facebook.com/groups/BillingsMT.LostFoundPets/permalink/6326470724138462/?mibextid=SDPelY When the unforeseeable happens, Moore lane vet tucks and hides. They refuse to answer questions, refuse to assist in the search for the animal they ‘lost’, refuse to release surveillance footage that could hopefully point to the direction of the lost pups travel. They are refusing to assist, why? Liability? Not wanting to admit fault? Or is is much much worse…. Are they refusing because they know their lie will be uncovered?

Moore Lane lost a client’s dog and has given them the run around as to how she was actually lost. Additionally, they’re refusing to turn over the video footage to show what occurred. The whole thing is fishy and underhanded.

We brought our dog in to get checked out for swelling in his ear, were told they "can't find anything wrong" Went to a different vet nd were prescribed meds for an ear infection that they "didn't see"
