After getting accused of just wanting drugs for my dog I will never recommend anyone take their dog there. My dog suffers from gastrointestinal problems and the Vet I normally see was not available so I thought Moore Lane Vet would treat my dog. Wrong! I left with my dog still shivering in pain and disgusted with the attending vet.

Business response:

We take your feedback seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify you as a client based on the account name this review is posted from though, so we kindly ask that you give us a call at your convenience.

I brought up issues to this Vet for almost 2 years about my dog and my cat. I switched vets and it turns out my dog's cough is fixable- he needs dental work. and my cat that I was told was "just obnoxious" at Moore Lane happens to have a bladder infection and that's why he is peeing everywhere. I don't trust this vet, they don't seem to care about the animals at all.

Business response:

Hi Stacie, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pet's visit. After looking at your account it appears that we haven't seen your pets in over a year. Please call our office to discus further. 406-252-4159

lying pos's!! the only reason I stayed in their crooked network was because the said they were available past 5pm. they say they're open 24 hours, that's BS! If its after 5, they won't even administer a simple allergy shot or even sell it to me to give to my dog myself. They charged me for literally nothing, then charged me for antibiotics that my dog didn't even need!

Business response:

Moore Lane is open 24 hours a day. For normal routine visits, those do need to be schedule during normal business hours which are from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday. After those times we are here for emergencies only. If your pet needs to be seen for something like an allergy shot, we are here five days a week for an appointment to be made. We are sorry this may not be ideal for you, but if we knew ahead of time maybe we could have worked out a plan for you to be seen after normal working hours. Please contact the Hosp... read more

Brought dog in, didn't really ask about his history of present illness, just wanted to start giving unnecessary test after I told them his chronic conditions. Talk'd to my primary vet and was told a lot of what was done was unnecessary, and to watch out when going to emergency services. They really try to get the most out of you.

Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital is a waste of time and money (which by the way, is all they seem to be interested in). My 14 year cat was badly injured in what I am assuming was a cat fight. She had bleeding on her neck and was dragging her back leg. I called two or three vets and no one had the time to see her right away. So, I took her to Moore Lane. When I arrived, there were signs to return to my car and call them or use their intercom. I rang the intercom and stood there for nearly 10 minutes. At last, a masked fem... read more

My dog had gotten sick so I had my bf take him in immediately. They got him admitted almost immediately and started doing tests. Well, turns out he needed emergency surgery. We had to put x dollars amount for them to even put the catheter in. We needed the other half to even start the surgery. We put the other half down and said they’d call after surgery was done. I had gotten a call from them saying he had what they call DIC. He didn’t have much healthy tissue left around the 2 holes in his GI. They said if they continued t... read more

I wrote a review her on how horrible this vet is, and how they are just concerned about the monetary value of a persons pet and not the actual care of the pet. I don’t know how they found a way to delete the review, but i would highly not recommend them. This is sad because before my recent interactions with them, I would’ve even sent people there. For those that are reading this, I would say search for a local vet that actually cares for your pet. I was a customer for over 10 years, I won’t be going back

Its sad, because before yesterday, I would've given them a 5 star ( 10+ year customer) however since Christy left and Eli took over their ethics went from ( lets fix your dog and work out the financials) to ( How much can I get out of this customer and lets worry about their pet second) . Since 2010 I have paid this company about $23,000. I believe that the people that work there now, owe the people of the past that worked and built Moorelane up to high standard an apology, as they aren't keeping the same standards as it was... read more
