Moore lane has been our vet since we moved to Montana nearly 10 years ago. We’ve had several issues over the years, but I’ve let things go due to convenience. We’ve never been able to develop a relationship with the team due to turnover which I understand as a big company. I think the final straw is the lack of customer service. I’m trying to book our annual appointment- I couldn’t get in an appointment that worked for 2 dogs on a Wednesday for several weeks, I was more than ok to wait as I needed a double appointment and a ... read more
Front desk staff is not friendly, compassionate or helpful. Will miss a couple of the vets. But bringing your pets to the vet clinic is not ever a fun visit for the animal or us worried owners. So we are taking our four pets elsewhere for many reasons. Hoping for friendly and caring staff and providers.
When I first called the receptionist she had to take down all my information and literally I had to repeat myself on every single question because it was like she wasn't even listening to me or paying attention and then when I get there they hand me a piece of paper and a clipboard having me fill it out with every single question that I just answered for her and spent 30 minutes on the phone with, don't understand that at all and the cost for an emergency visit on a Sunday was more then twice the amount of my dogs regular ve... read more

Worst vet experience I have ever had. I called on 12/31/21 to see if I would be able to bring a rat in on 01/01/22, as she was having major respiratory issues and the vet I had her scheduled with could not see her until 01/06. I told the receptionist that I live 4+ hours away, and wanted to make sure there would be an exotics vet available if I put the rat, Everest, through the stress of traveling. The receptionist assured me that she would be seen. I arrived on 01/01 after the long drive and was told the exotics doctor woul... read more

After getting accused of just wanting drugs for my dog I will never recommend anyone take their dog there. My dog suffers from gastrointestinal problems and the Vet I normally see was not available so I thought Moore Lane Vet would treat my dog. Wrong! I left with my dog still shivering in pain and disgusted with the attending vet.

I brought up issues to this Vet for almost 2 years about my dog and my cat. I switched vets and it turns out my dog's cough is fixable- he needs dental work. and my cat that I was told was "just obnoxious" at Moore Lane happens to have a bladder infection and that's why he is peeing everywhere. I don't trust this vet, they don't seem to care about the animals at all.
Business response:
Hi Stacie, we are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your pet's visit. After looking at your account it appears that we haven't seen your pets in over a year. Please call our office to discus further. 406-252-4159
lying pos's!! the only reason I stayed in their crooked network was because the said they were available past 5pm. they say they're open 24 hours, that's BS! If its after 5, they won't even administer a simple allergy shot or even sell it to me to give to my dog myself. They charged me for literally nothing, then charged me for antibiotics that my dog didn't even need!
Business response:
Moore Lane is open 24 hours a day. For normal routine visits, those do need to be schedule during normal business hours which are from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday. After those times we are here for emergencies only. If your pet needs to be seen for something like an allergy shot, we are here five days a week for an appointment to be made. We are sorry this may not be ideal for you, but if we knew ahead of time maybe we could have worked out a plan for you to be seen after normal working hours. Please contact the Hosp... read more
Brought dog in, didn't really ask about his history of present illness, just wanted to start giving unnecessary test after I told them his chronic conditions. Talk'd to my primary vet and was told a lot of what was done was unnecessary, and to watch out when going to emergency services. They really try to get the most out of you.
