We left our 2 dogs at MOORE LANE vet. We had all their vaccines UPDATED before we took them on thursday and picking them up on Sunday they had vaccinated my female with 2 shots and my Male with one .. never did they tell me we needed those $99 worth of vaccines. Never called me or text me they were giving them shots without my permission!! I was very upset with it all .. they did credit us back to my demand. Anyone else have there boarder give shots without permission?? We wont be going back !

Business response:

Kevin, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to speak with us and for allowing us to address your concerns. Our mission is to treat you as we would our family and to treat your pet as we would our own. In keeping with this mission, we require dogs to have up to date Rabies, Distemper, Lepto, Influenza, and Bordetella vaccines in order to board at Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital. You are right to expect that we would inform you prior to updating required vaccines. We understand your frustration and will use this feedback t... read more

So my poor little Macy Mae decided to rip her toenail out with her mouth and started bleeding all over the place. Had to take her in and out normal vet wasn’t open. We called Moore Lane and they got us in and out with no issues at all. Thank you very much Moore Lane Veterinary Hospital for taking care of my baby girl, even if she is now mad at me 😂

Business response:

Thank you for your kind words! Macy Mae is a cutie and we hope she is feeling better!

Worst vet in billings. They put my dog in a kennel where he scratched his eye out until his body was full of blood. Out of three employees there when it happened not one showed any empathy. I would say it starts at the top when three people think it’s ok a dog injures itself in their care. I gave them the chance to make it right...several emails forwarded other vet bills. They acted like they would care and have repercussions, made me tell the entire story, to come back and offer $100. What a joke! The correspondence wasn’t... read more

Business response:

Ms. Zimmerer – thank you for taking the time to speak with members of our management team last year. As we expressed during at the time, we pride ourselves on providing gold standard medicine and take these reports seriously. Your case was extensively researched by our management team, including our Hospital Manager, Managing DVM, and Department Heads. Our records indicate that as of 9-1-2019, you declined further review with our Managing DVM and on 9-10 declined review with our Hospital Manager. Our door remains open should... read more

Normally I don’t ever write reviews but I’m saying 1 and that is generous, Moore Lane is absolutely the WORST veterinary place I have worked with EVER. I went in for an emergency due to my 5 month old English Bulldog breaking her leg. I paid more the $500 to get her all splinted and everything. The splint was put on horribly and way to BIG for her little leg. I called on Tuesday to let them know that the splint was to big and not helping her they said they would have to possibly charge AGAIN. Even though they were the ones w... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Bailey. We are sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate our clients and value the health of their pets, which is why we offered to reassess the splint when you originally called with concerns. Unfortunately, you declined scheduling an appointment. It is difficult to know and understand how the case developed in those first couple days or the remaining days prior to seeking consult elsewhere. We would be happy to discuss the circumstances further. Our office mana... read more

Because the way they handled things after we had put our dog down. The actual process of putting him down was awesome! But when it came to waiting for his ashes it was a total nightmare! At least he wasn't lost or anything but they said they'd call us & it would be 7-10 days. Waited a week & a half or so, we called them but he wasn't ready. Another week passed & we called again to find he had been waiting for pickup for a week. We go to pick him & his titanium hardware up (from a surgery he had, we want to make something wit... read more

I have used Moore Lane for many years. I will absolutely not be using them anymore!!! I found out about a dog who had no dog food and the owner could not afford the prescription diet that he desperately needed. I called them tonight to ask if I paid for it over the phone could this person come in sometime this evening and pick some up since they are staffed 24 hours. They told me “no, we have an emergency“ I said could they come in later and they are telling me no!! They said I could come in the morning. So, I guess the dog ... read more

I suggest no one ever goes to Moore Lane Veterinary hospital, they said to call if I had questions after i just gave them 700 dollars to care for my pet and all I get is absolutely zero answers and questions about how I’ll pay for it and how to get a credit to pay for it. I’m beyond pissed off for this. I had a simple question to ask about his recovery and literally got no answer in return i have no more money to give them and once they knew that they had zero interest. I seriously asked what is going to happen if he won’t p... read more

Business response:

Nick, We are so sorry that your pet is not doing well. We do our best to be a resource for our clients and answer what we can, but there are times when we are unable to answer questions without examining the pet or without the aid of diagnostics. For this type of trauma in particular, it can be near impossible to ascertain the full extent of potential damages and consequences without diagnostic images, such as CT Scan or MRI, that allow us to view the injury. Our recommendations are based on the best way we can help your... read more
