Most unethical and unprofessional dealership I have had the displeasure to deal with. They sold 2 cars that I had a deposit. Not just once but twice! Two different vehicles with my signature on paperwork and money down. I am now waiting to find out if they ran my credit after telling me they wouldn’t do that until I came in to purchase. i bought 4 new cars from them since 2012 when I went last week to check my pilot for a scratch on my car no one can help me especialy the sales people no one care although I bought a plan called "Glasscoat" that cost me over $600 when i bought my car i will not deal with them no more they are scam
If I could, I would give -5 stars. More than 3 weeks ago, I agreed to terms for a lease of a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Today, I was going to pick up the car armed with the new insurance and my son, which I yanked out of college so that he can drive me 30 miles to Newburgh. After I showed up, they told me that my A+ credit score was not good enough for the agreed price anymore, so if I wanted the car today, I had to pay up. Bought a 2017 CRV in January and so far it's been back 4 times. The display screen wouldn't dim at night and they said "just press the brightness and it will dim". Tried it at night it didn't work took car back, they said "yes there's a problem so make appt to leave it". Picked it up and still didn't dim. Took it back and was told " yes there's a problem ". I am very disappointed in the service dept the last few months. I made oil change appointment last week, called before heading over as it's a 30 min drive and was told by Jennifer they were on time. When I got there, I was told they were 2 1/2 hours behind and could not accommodate me even though I had appointment. I called to make new appointment and was told it's a week wait for an oil change. I'm going to try another dealership.
Morehead Honda is not what it use to be. Customer service is out the door. Don't trust this place, they will scam you, especially the service department!
