Was supposed to get service done to my car and called to schedule the appointment with a Groupon that they confirmed they would take a month ago. They called today. A day before my appointment, that I had to move my entire schedule around for, to tell me that they would not be honoring my groupon for said appointment and I would have to pay full price if I wanted the service done. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

As the owner of Car Concierge Plus, a nationwide car buying and leasing consulting business I work with hundreds of dealerships a year across the country. When I tell you that this dealership is one THE WORST dealers I’ve ever dealt with that is an understatement. Their sales staff are some of the laziest people I have ever worked with and I guarantee that the management is no better as the ones that trained them. Stay far, far away from this place and go get a Honda anywhere else - you’ll thank me later.

Worst customer service experience! Unprofessional, unless you call yourself for follow-up, you will never get a call back from service dept! You are better off taking your vehicle elsewhere for routine maintenance.

I was considering purchasing a 2017 CRV Touring and gave them a deposit in the form of a personal check. After checking with my credit union, I decided not to buy the car now and wait until Spring when prices go down a bit. This company just charged my mother $49. To remove tint from two small triangle windows on a two door Honda Civic... not the driver and passenger windows the two small ones behind it... I paid $10. To get the original taken off... just cause she is an older female doesn’t mean she’s stupid
Stay completely clear of this dealership. Worst service I’ve ever received and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. No one returns calls (except Jackie) Bought a Mini Cooper over Month ago that had 67k miles and had to bring it back to the dealership immediately for an engine noise. I have never written a bad review before, however I feel like consumers should know and beware of this dealership. My daughters lease was up and she opted to purchase the car after tossing the idea of a new lease up. We were approved for the new lease through Honda financial and when she changed her mind about a new purchase, I called Honda finance directly and they told me the could convert the loan application from a lease to a lease buyout.
