I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic from Morehead Honda and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very family oriented and has an excellent service department. I am looking forward to getting my car serviced here each time and would recommend Morehead Honda to anyone!
The only place i will go to buy a car or have work done on it. I will never ever go to Middletown Honda they ripped me off and my car still was not done corret they left the heat shield off and a screwdriver in my engine while it was was up on lift

Since 2006, I have purchased 4 CRVs from Morehead: 06,08,12 and 14. Last week I totaled my 14 model so naturally the first place I went was there. I felt insulted, given that the salesmen had saw my history that the best they could do was 500 off. I left went to pretty much every dealership got another deal and out of shear loyalty, brought it to morehead as they had almost the exact car with a difference of 3,000 miles, to see what they could offer. dealership titled the car to the wrong bank, my son moved to Massachusetts. Massachusetts MV Department cannot register the car without a correct title.My son contacted the title clerk in January....... still no title My son has been unable to drive his car for 3 months yet he must make payments or risk repossession.
My son leased a car last year. when he moved to Massachusetts 6 months ago he could not register the car. Honda financial said the title was issued to the wrong financial institution. we are paying monthly for a car that cannot be driven and our phone calls are not returned.
Been having an issue with my Honda and my experience with Honda North America has been absolutely horrific! I would really like to have said that the dealership was not part of said horrific experience but unfortunately that is not the case. To be fair, the manager was very nice and seemingly tried to do what he could to help me. That said, the Service Manager, Jim, was terrible to deal with. He wasn’t so bad at first.
