This place might as well put on ski masks and stick a gun in your back because they are just as bad as a common criminal out to take you for all your money!!!!! After bringing it in for a complete diagnostic to find out why my check engine light was on I spend $1600 to replace the catalytic converter. Then within an hour of picking up the car the check engine as well as every other light is lit up again. After bringing it back they tell me the car now needs a $3000 hybrid battery. As a previous owners of a Morehead Honda, we received an written offer from the dealership to come in and test drive a new 2016 vehicle. For the test drive we would receive a $25.00 AMEX gift card. My husband and I did this on 4/22/16. When we asked about the gift card, we were told they were out of them, but they would mail it to our home. Fair enough, the promotion was a success. So I needed an oil change. Very annoyed with the way I was treated. Girl who answered the phone told me that my "0 % oil life" meant I had NO oil in my car and that my engine could seize and I should not be driving it. I obviously was immediately worried and panicking. Then I get there and they tell me they don't accept my car care-package I purchased with my car (at a different dealer, was told it was accepted at all Honda locations.) This place sucks! Last year I wanted to trade a car in towards a 2013 /2014 accord, well least to say that never happened. They told me they would call me when everything was ready well 3 months later I took my business else where it was horrible!!! Thinking service department will be better, I made an appointment before I traded my old Acura in to get an alignment done, I made an appointment a day before I took it in after work. LOVED the sales department and would use them again in a heartbeat, but the service area gets one star. They do not have a receptionist to answer calls, and it is very difficult to speak to a service advisor in a timely manner. My 5 week old car had a minor power lock problem, and they kept my car for 7 days. I was not pleased with the smooth talk but no action. I had a loaner car for 7 days, but overall it was an unpleasant experience and I will not use the service area again.
