For almost a year I had a brand new car with one tire losing air everyday to the point that before getting in the car every time it was going to be used we had to put air in that particular tire. After months of going and telling them that the tire keeps losing air, I was given the excuse that it was the cold weather that was making the tire lose air. I would not recommend Morehead Honda their customer service center is trash. They can’t even call you back even if you leave a message and will not pick up the phone. I don’t understand how you don’t take care of your customers and if you have a lifetime oil package what good is it if you cannot even get through to get an appointment And I get it if you’re understaffed but geez a whole week of calling, and no callbacks more seems that somebody’s not doing their job

Beware of service center. Multi point inspection supposedly performed on the car. Also asked them to check leaking air in a tire. I was told my tire had a nail in it too close to side wall to patch. They offered two new tires for $420. Took my car home to my local mechanic who said the rim was corroded and repaired it for $20. Tire fixed. When I asked my mechanic what he did to fix the nail in the tire he reported there was NO NAIL in my tire!!! Thank goodness I didn’t spend the $420 on new tires when I was LIED to. ... read more

My 2019 honda civic is already been recalled and I can't get a loaner vehicle while I wait for the part. No word yet when the part will arrive. Tried to solve the problem with them but I'm always told I need to talk to someone else.

My husband and his parents were at the dealer today...I just have to say we are all very upset with the lady salesperson and sales team for their Discrimination and horrible sales tactics like “bad information” and “the waiting game.” My husbands mother is a veteran and she was told she couldn’t get a military or veteran discount but yet the vehicle she had right before her Tesla was bought and financed through a Honda dealership in San Antonio with a veteran discount. Service department decided rather than fix a problem that came up with a code, they would just reset a few times and wish it away. Picked up car and shockingly, same issue. Service mgr (because his name is Morehead) thinks he’s some sort of god and his best approach is to “part ways with customer” rather than fix the problem. Honda should be ashamed to have their name displayed in that service department. Bought several cars from them before. Never again!!!!

Hello Kevin/family With all due respect, once you put after market parts on your vehicle that you purchased elsewhere, it immediately voids your Honda warranty. The service manager was trying to assist you, but after name calling and the overuse of profanity there is nothing for Morehead Honda to assist you with.

Big shoutout to Honda today for refusing to see me and turned me away like a piece of garbage after I blew out my tire on the highway going to work and almost crashed my car. So this is how you treat someone that’s been taking my car to you for years. You’re a complete joke and will be taking by my car elsewhere from now on. Goodbye

Rude management, especially manager “Michael”. They do not return your phone calls or emails until they realized their was an issue on their end, and need an additional signature from me. Tried to reach out to them numerous times but no one can acknowledge it or return my calls. Was Told by manager that he was “going to hold my ezpass hostage” for an issue with paperwork made on their end with DMV. Terrible customer service.

Bad Customer Service from the service manager JENNIFER got the brush off when asked for a loaner car for service being done on a car still under warranty. Brought 2 cars from Morehead also get the regular matinence service from here no help or feedback from these guys on a loaner for a car that has been there for a week waiting for a part on back order. Didn't even see if they can get one from another location. Didn't feel I was given proper customer service. Wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone. No help from these guys.... read more
