I was on the look to purchase a new car back in May 2013. I got on East Tennesse Nissan website and found one I truly loved. I came in and met qith Brian Cosby and he worked very hard and patiently with me to get me in the car that was right for me. He was not pushy about other cars at all! They were a pleasure to work with except when it came to fixing our car. If they had told us that it would take a couple of days to fix, we would have been ok. Yet we were told every day that it would be the next. They fixed the brake issue that the previous owner had patched to get it sold. They worked with us on the price and sent our son with leukemia a card.
The staff at East TN Nissan are very friendly & went above & beyond to make the process easy & smooth. This makes the third car my husband & I have purchased from the dealership. Travis Frazier was great to work with! Highly recommend East Tn Nissan to anyone wanting to buy a car.
