Best Customer Service Ever! My story is long, but it is of great value if you are looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about people. Great service. I have bought several cars at East Tennessee Nissan over the years and always have an enjoyable visit. I have the car doc service agreement which is wonderful, so I'm there quite often since I have three cars to be serviced, and I always have great customer service with Charles and Melissa.
I was a wonderful experience. Ted Powell was an excellent salesman. Nissan is lucky to have him. He did an awesome job for us. I will definitely recommend him to friends.
