The service advisor was exceptionally professional and took the time to insure I understood what was being done to my vehicle. He had several recommendations and he made sure I was comfortable with the recommendations, yet he wasn't "pushy" with the recommendations. I was totally satisfied with the speed and thoroughness of the repairs. I would recommend Morristown Nissan without reservation.

They went overboard to correct an air bag issue that could have caused me considerable time and money. This was not associated with main reason for the visit (a new fuel pump) and I was not even charged for it. Many kudos to the Morristown Nissan Service Department (especially Wesley, who took the time to make sure this got corrected). I couldn't be happier with the service.
