Came into the dealership having looked at a couple of options. Ransom greeted me as soon as I got out of the car. That's when the thought of oh no pushy salesman popped into my head. We walked in with a low expectation that'd we would be able to purchase a new car. David was very helpful in finding a car within our price range. He also knew every detail on the car! They didn't give up on us because we didn't have a perfect credit score. Everyone in the finance dept. were great! It was a great experience overall and I'll definitely be back!
My husband and I have had bad experiences with other car dealerships, leaving us a bit leery when it is time to purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Harris was very helpful and friendly on the phone which gave us the confidence to visit this particular dealership. We are very satisfied with the service we received and love our new Sentra!
Everyone at this dealership was outstanding. Our salesman, the numbers man, and the business manager treated us wonderfully. It was definitely one of the best experiences we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.....and we are not young kids. the salesman was polite, informed, and very helpful in helping us select a new nissan versa. he told us quite a bit about the car that was not on the sticker. he was also very fair with the trade-in and paper work involved.
