I gave this dealership a 5 because they deserved it. The people were very friendly and not rude like most salesman trying to make a sale. They wanted to help us and they succeeded. We had originally started at another dealership of which they were getting us a truck from East Tenn Nissan but we weren't too happy about someone else driving our new truck down the interstate so we contacted them ourselves and asked them what they could do to make it worth our time and drive down there and they definately made it worthwhile. I had a wonderful experience with the saleman Chad Damron, he has a wonderful personality and I told him up front what I was looking for and what I would need in order to do business with them and they made it happen, I was very pleased.
When I came into the dealership I was greeted and taken care of although it was a few mins before he went to lunch. I thought that was very nice of him not to pass me off to someone as if he did not want to take care of me!! Thank you for the personal touch!
Brian went out of his way to get me into a car i could afford with payments i could handle and gave me incredible service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, didn't try and 'sell' me he worked with me for what was best for ME and i truly appreciate that. I would buy another car from hm and am trying to get my boyfriend to buy a car from him now also. Definitely an asset to the dealership
I have purchased other vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always received good service. The last vehicle I purchased in February 2013 much exceeded my expectations. Erich approached me and was very courteous and knowledgable. Buying a new car is rarely a fast/simple process, but Erich made me feel at welcome and well taken care of. This dealership is NOT a typical dealership....YEAH!! Everyone was so friendly and courteous and East TN Nissan has that down-home welcome atmosphere!
