Kris was great and our overall experience was great. We started our search on Saturday and went back on Sunday to actually trade. Kris and Travis stayed late to help us complete our transaction. It was an easy, wonderful car trading experience!

The only thing that I did not like about the final contract, was that I got the nissan protection plan up to a 100,000 miles on a car that had 64000 on it already. It was going to cost me $ 9.17 extra on my payments for sixty payments. That would come to $550.20, but instead it cost $2495.00 . That means that I just gave my trade in to them for free. All I have to say is watch out for the protection plan cost.

Buying a new SUV at East Tennessee Nissan was a pleasant experience and we would highly recomend this dealership and salesman Dustin "Pork Chop" Back!!! He worked very dilegently to get us just the SUV we wanted with just the payment our budget needed. Staff stayed very late on a Saturday night to accomodate our deal and Pork Chop went above and beyond what was expected by actually coming to our house to pick up our trade and show me how everthing on my new Nissan Pathfinder works.
