Not sure I'll be going back. Apparently business is so good at this location that if your bike is over 10 years old they don't need your money for repairs. Took the bike in last year and took 4 weeks to get the job done and it was over 10 years old then.
Finally got my bike back today after a full 9 weeks at Mancuso 59 & Mancuso SW. My Yamaha scooter stopped running at work near the 59 location. I called and asked if they worked on yamahas, was told "yes," and that they could send a truck out to pick it up. Guy comes to pick it up, doesn't ask me for any of my contact info, so I write my info on a piece of paper and ask him to take that with him. I have had the worst experience dealing with their service department. They never call you back, and when you call them they have an attitude. They have had my bike for two months so I am basically paying a note for something I don't have. The bike has less than 2k miles on it. They are horrible.
very poor customer service lie about everything do not have respect for customers time... lie about inventory trying to make me sing something that i did not even ask, sales guy is nice and trying to make a sale, lie about price advertised... i rather do bussiness anywhere else... be carefull here...
This is a very nice looking dealership. Unfortunately my experience is they are very misleading with their advertised prices on motorcycles. I called them before coming to insure the used motorcycle I saw listed on the web was still available and at the price listed...it was. I took off work and met the salesman (Craig) who was quite nice. I call for brake pads. I'm told they have them but need to go to upstairs to be sure. I ask the price.. About $40. $43 with tax. He takes my phone number and will call back when they're in hand. I get no such call. Two days later I go in, wait ten minutes before being acknowledged, "I'll be with you in a min". Finally a nice young lady took the info and went to retrieve the pads. She says that will be $93. I can get the pads from the manufacturer for $39. My other bike uses the same part # which I ordered through a different... read more
Worst Dealership EVER!!! Rebuilt the engine but only put one nut on the clutch adjustment assembly. The nut vibrates when riding so that you only get about 50% disengage of the clutch plate from the gears. And you find this out, when you need to stop after taking it home, and nearly getting in an accident. Oh, they forgot to reattach the kickstand switch too. Thanks for making my experience awful.
