Finding a Bike Dealer that you can trust and will provide a good Customer experience ( aka set and meet expectations) is difficult. I will say that given appropriate levels of escalation, the Sales team here will work to get the sale. Unfortunately, the other departments ( Parts & Service) do not share that attitude and do not understand the meaning of "Added Value" or "Customer Service Excellence". Bought a new bike from these guys and with less than 50 miles on the bike it broke down and left me stranded. The bike was taken to a different dealer for the repair and now it is not getting repaired. On top of that this dealer claims that the bike wasn't prepped properly. They do not seem to be very sympathetic to the fact that I have a lot of money invested in something I cannot ride. Loads of bikes on display which is great but no prices on used bikes which sucks and I avoid looking at them for that very reason.
Service work not ready in time promised after driving over 400 miles to pick up bike. Still messed up installation of top box. Bikes left for service are left in the parking lot where anyone can sit or mess with them or possibly steal bike.
Dean Wicox saved my relationship with this company. If not for his cust service solution I would have left and NEVER returned.
The sales people r super nice while shopping for a bike don't purchase the extended warranty seeing it doesn't cover what they said it should cover I've called and left messages for Carlos the manager and never received a call back and left a message for the sales person and the finance person and still can't get a call back I was thinking about buying something else but that won't happen seeing thier customer service sucks
