I liked my salesman Carlos and the size of the viking. But the 5th day of owning it (5 hours) in the yard and it started running lean, spitting and spuddering and I took it back the next day (black friday) they changed a fuel line that was bent. My personal opinion it sounds worse. They said they were gunna keep it to check it out further. I called up there the following Tuesday and now they're saying it's the fuel pump hopefully and it should be here Thursday and ready to go Friday. Terrible service department, took my bike in to get a gasket on my stator cover and get the bike to stop dying when I️ rev it past 8k. Got it back and the gasket was all good but bike still dies and they broke some click in clips on my fairings and took over a month on this btw it’s a 2017 s1000rr definitely would not recommend this place and will definitely not be doing business with them in the future

The worst customer service on the face of the earth, no one will return your calls and I have paid extra $2,000 to go towards the first payment on my finances account and they kept the money and never send the money to the finance company. Be careful people when your dealing with them. I will have to dispute the credit card charges even on the down payment and maybe then they will care. No one should give them any business. Brought my bike to them for an easy engine swap. Took them 4 months and I get it back in even worse shape. The people are your typical asshole "biker guys". The salesmen are quick to prove you wrong, while the service dept is full of idiots. I finally get my bike home and it literally took an amateur (myself) 4 hours to do what they couldn't do in 4 months. The labor was paid for but the work wasn't done??? Doesn't make sense does it? Absolutely, would never recommend to anyone under any circumstances.

I'm writing this in hopes to reach someone who cares about customer service. I purchased a 2012 sea doo on august 8 of 2017. I went into the dealership looking for a quality ski from a reputable sales team...I could have bought a used ski from Craigslist much cheaper but didn't wanna risk getting something that needed repairs or work. I felt like a dealership would be the safest place to purchase. This is by far one of the worst motorcycle dealership. I got my first motorcycle from them and it was a horrible experience after the fact. Will give you a deal take your money and they will never help you again they don't answer phone calls apparently they don't know what a phone is. Will never give him my business and recommend nobody gives them their business, one star only cuz I can't give them zero

The absolute only reason they even have 1 star is because it wouldn't allow me to give them 0. Let's start from the beginning... my husband and I have purchased 4 bikes from team mancuso powersports southwest. The buying process was great... we never had any problems until I totaled my bike in April. I want to make sure everyone read that.... I totalled my bike in April 2017. Brought my wheel an tire in to get balanced and they scratched it and then lied about. Should have just said they scratched.
