The salesman and everyone was nice until I bought my bike.... I got it serviced elsewhere as I bought thr bike with 500 mikes and they wanted to charge me 300.00 for a 690 mile service.... I thiught it should of been taken cared of before I bought it..... I brought it elsewhere to get it serviced and the other place found out that it was laid down previously. Came in yesterday to get a quote on new tires for my '13 Street Triple R. I walked up to the parts counter and asked what tires they had in stock and what they recommended. Neither of the employees were very helpful and seemed very disinterested. When he finally added up the quote for me, they wanted to charge me $780 to buy 2 new tires and install them on my bike. You're out of your freaking mind if you think anyone is going to pay that much. Don't waste your time coming here, it's bad enough going into Houston to then find... read more
Go someplace else and don't waste your time coming here. Traded my bike in almost a month ago and they have yet to pay it off. They already have it up for sale when it isn't rightfully theirs yet. I am now stuck paying for the bike I traded in (that they have in their possession) and the bike which I traded it in for in order for my credit to not be ruined. Would never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.
