This is a GEM of a place ! From the entrance to begin with they provide water bottles , feminine to go baggies , it’s clean organized & the staff are attentive. The dr and PA where phenomenal.
I am writing to provide feedback regarding my appointment at your Broadway Road location in Tempe on June 24, 2026. My family and I have been loyal patients of Lauren Moreno for nearly 10 years, dating back to before she joined Mountain Park. The PA who is seeing me, Lauren, just might be an angel. I got excellent service here. They have comfy chairs and the place feels comfortable and organized. There is a cute play area for kids, and the building is right next to a park with a playground and art. There could be more benches in the shade, but I would say that is every park. The service is occurred. I have never seen a medical clinic that do the follow ups like Mountain Dew. I’m very grateful to be able to use these medical facilities. Specially, the one in Tempe. I would recommend this to everybody and anybody looking for a medical practitioner for primary care and everything else. The administrative team is very great. They will follow up to seeing your text messages along with a referral text messages.
Had an excellent Telemed visit with Emma Gomaa yesterday. She was incredibly thorough, took her time to ask detailed questions about my condition, and made sure all the right bases were covered. Highly recommend her for virtual care!
