I had a visit scheduled day of thankfully got in and out a little over an hour maybe but I was nervous seeing all these reviews and not sure if it's because I go to therapy but yes there's a little wait nothing to make fit about, what do you expect it's not the ER probably worse there. My doctor I forgot her name she was great listened truly to everything I said and made me so comfortable thanks for everything
I'm not sure why there are so many complaints about the wait times here. We just had a wonderful and very thorough experience bringing our 11 year old to the doctor here. The staff and doctors were all very polite, professional, expeditious, knowledgeable, and helpful. We just came for a referral but were pleasantly surprised to get our son an eye assessment, dental assessment, medical evaluation, and behavioral health evaluation all within minutes of each other. Everyone was nice but my appointment lasted less than 4 minutes, the doctor didn't say anything helpful, she barely checked my baby and didn't answer any of my questions except with "its ok dont worry"
Dr Blessy and Dawn are amazing doctors who really listen to you and have your best interest in mind. I am glad I found this place because they have finally gotten to the bottom of my problems when SO MANY other doctors have failed
I appreciate the great service I receive each time I go to Mountain Park Health Center. Recently Monica greeted me and took my vital signs. She was positive and professional. It's so fun to be around people who love their job and work hard to do their best. I felt respected and cared for. I highly recommend Mountain Park Health Center in Tempe.
Came here for my kid's vaccination shot. If you were to look at the facility it's amazing because it's well spaced out and everything looks great. Everything is well organized and the waiting rooms are in abundance. The problem was that both times we've come here, we spent just over an hour from the time that we walked in to the time that we exited and we were the first people there. I guess staffing could be the issue but either way, getting the second Covid shot should've been a lot quicker and done sooner in my opinion. ... read more
My very first visit to Mountain Park Health Center could not have gone more perfect. Everyone I spoke to was kind, courteous and extremely helpful in discussing all of my needs. I just moved down here from another state and it is so difficult finding new health care. I'm so happy that I went to this clinic. The Dr.'s, nurses, MA's and Behavioral Specialist were very compassionate to my needs and my Dr. was very thorough. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking superb medical care.
My PCP, Dr Joshua Li and staff are the most caring and competent medical professionals. They helped me get free Rx for my most expensive Xarelto medicine. . . .
If think you have cancer don't come to this place. Wait times are forever maybe 3-4 months out.
