This is a fairly new facility. I Don't know how long it's been open. Drove a friend here and he was very satisfied with the care he received. He said the doctors were very thorough. While I was waiting I was able to charge my phone in specially designated area. Very convenient. Place is clean and people are pleasant.
A change in location has been for the better. Great staff, responsible wait times, and efficient visits. Although the back reminds me of the movie Passengers- I can't imagine a better office.

I have been coming to Mountain Park since I was pregnant with my first child, in the offices located right next to Tempe St. Luke's. The offices and waiting room in that building are small and sort of shabby (but I still receive great care). The newer pediatric location (Tempe clinic) is really nice: the waiting area is huge and aesthetically pleasing, and the rooms seem more up-to-date and larger, too. I have been going to Mountain Park for a few years, and have never experienced any problems. The people in the front are always helpful, the nurses are great, and the doctors and nurse practitioners are awesome. I have been to many doctors offices throughout the country, and in all honesty this is one of the best I been too. Their new office is fantastic, and I will definetly be back.
I'm always a bit apprehensive when I read such negative reviews about a facility I'll be visiting, but I know they are based entirely on individual experiences. Other than the fact that the waiting area had no reading material to help pass the time (no big deal, I'll remember to bring my Kindle next time) and a very noisy children's toy 3 feet from my chair, it was a pleasant enough experience. It usually takes me awhile to become comfortable with a doctors office and, especially a doctor. I see Donnie and, he has me all up to date with my medical needs. All within two months. I feel taken care of, I'm able to know and, have comfort in knowing, I'm healthy and in the hands of someone trustworthy. I just had one of the best appointments of my life at this facility. Even though I had to wait a few weeks for a scheduled appointment, the professionals at this health center were courteous, invested, and focused. From the kind and efficient receptionists to the nurses who took my vitals and family history, everyone made me feel very comfortable. My NP - Misty Crawford - was exceptionally congenial. I've been coming to Mph for as long as I can remember. I've never had any problem with them. Anytime I need a appointment I'm in within that week. Not to long of a wait when you check-in very nice ladies at this location.
This is a horrible place and reading the reviews I see it was not isolated to my experience at all. Was sent here by the staff in City of Tempe. Wont even see you without insurance even though they advertise all over the website about how they want to HELP you get care. YET THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY NEW UN INSURED PATIENTS.
