Horrible experience. They're no help and waste your time and money. They're very rude and everyone I talked to acted like they hated their job. I do not recommend this place at all. The nurse, the doctor, and the customer service all very rude and unhelpful for someone who is struggling and asking for help.

I love my PCP... HOWEVER I DO NOT love the treatment by the staff of this location toward me. Complete unwillingness to help or provide any significant information for me to get what I need to be able to see my Oncologist. Getting hung up on in the middle of a call Is the MAIN reason I'm writing this. UNACCEPTABLE

Made an appointment to have a blood test interpreted for me. I wanted a second opinion on it. MPHC did not do any lab work, or any testing on me whatsoever. Arrived 20 minutes early, then waited in the waiting room for over an hour and a half to see the Doctor. Finally got in, the test result was explained to me in less than 15 minutes. No big deal. Shockingly, the bill was over $170! I don't see how they can possibly justify that charge. I'm looking for a new Doctor.

I gave birth on October 11th of 2021 it's now September 27th of 2022. Almost a year later and I've yet to be seen for my postpartum checkup. They've called me to reschedule 5 times. I had an appointment set for today 09/27/22 and they called me AGAIN to reschedule. I feel very important and cared about. Can you tell? With my first pregnancy I went with MomDoc and though there were different OB's I'd recommend them in a heartbeat over Mountain Park HC on baseline.

Very unprofessional NP Michelle Byers. Laughs at patient concerns and just wants to be in and out of the room. If you don't like your job then why work there. Hear out your patients. They're there for a reason. If you think your wasting your time being in the room with the patient work some where else.

Overall my experience was great and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. Although, no one asked for my insurance or how I plan to pay during the entire visit. I actually had to go someone at the front desk to add my insurance myself which is extremely bazaar to me because I didn't add my insurance until I was done being seen and about to leave. The phlebotomist (Rachel) also broke HIPPA guidelines while treating me. I checked in for my draw as I was told and waited. I wasn't called back until right after another person... read more

Online it says people typically spend ".5-1.5" hours here. We've been here for over 2 hours and are still waiting for labs. THEY were 45 minutes late for our appointment. This is the day following an appointment that they completely forgot about even after calling us to confirm the appointment 2-hours before! The best part is no one called to reschedule or let us know they were going to miss the appointment. Then we get attitude from the doctor who actually missed it and she asks "what do you want?". 3 years ago, I went in to get a routine exam. I felt uncomfortable with the service I had there, or "lack" thereof is more like it. They told me to go see a specialist for it. I only went there because I had crappy health insurance. But now that I have decent health insurance, I went to a more decent doctor, my primary care physician and she did it no problem! It's stupid how they tell you to see a specialist when they're the ones who don't know how to do something.
