while I like my dictor, I have very little good to say about staff. They are rude and incompetent. I can't get them to coordinate with my new insurance to get my prescriptions refilled. i have to make an appointment with my doctor to demand help in getting things fixed. They don't understand that my spouse and I have signed paperwork for each of us to know about the other's medical records and refuse to allow me to send information through the app to my spouse's doctor. I took my daughter and son for physicals. Additionally, my son required a vaccination shot. A total rip-off. They market their "No Cost Sports Physicals", but I got a $320 bill from them. Is that what their "No Cost Sports Physicals" policy means? Seriously?? Also, our visit was characterized by the longest wait times, much longer than usual. The single vaccination shot took almost an hour, with three different providers. Overall, we spent two hours. I will never take my children back there, nor would I recommend this place... read more

Overall not great place of you have an appointment and still got later still waiting on the Dr an hr and a half. Later. So unless you don't have any plans and are willing to sit around for an hr and a half to hrs for a regular check up. Think twice

Do Not Go Here! Especially the Tempe location! The doctors and staff are not empathetic and they do not care about your health. I was turned away for mental health and FMLA and the doctor Pradhan, Supriya DENIED helping me in any way! I was exposed to chemicals and mold and I was refused proper testing or lab work and told my lungs sound clear and to go home. Unempathetic, cold, very uncaring doctors. I have been a patient here with my kids for over 2 years. My kids' doctor left in February and I guess my doctor left too because when I put in a request for my refill I found out I had to "re-establish" patient care for a daily medication. You would THINK when so many doctors are leaving your practice you would go through your database to make sure there wouldn't be any patients left in a bind with this extremely high turnover rate, which is concerning in the first place. Summary: There's a lot to like about Mountain Park Health Center, but ultimately, they do very little primary care onsite. This often results in patients needing to take more time off work to see offsite specialists for routine issues that most primary care providers handle directly. I originally scheduled an appt with this office via the states insurance. I was assisted by said representative to get this appt set up, all of my information was updated and appt was confirmed for today at 5:20 pm AZ time. New patients....please read previous reviews and take heed! Though the facility is nice and the computer kiosk assistants are helpful, once you are checked in, it's downhill from there. I went in for two appointments on two different dates, both visits were running past 45 mins behind schedule. The second visit was 50 minutes after my appointment time and then I was seen for under 8 minutes followed by 1) inaccurate diagnosis of my labs 2) incorrect medication written in the office visit notes. Christen carpenter id my pcp and she clearly has time management issues. The first appointment I had with her I waited over an hour. Today I am here to see her again and I am waiting once again well past my appointment time.
