Abhorrent customer service. They have absolutely no idea how to handle patient issues. I didn't even make it to my first appointment. I called in to see a Dentist because of severe pain I'd had been experiencing for several days. They told me they weren't taking new patients because of the pandemic ( which I understood ). I asked her what i should do to resolve the issue because it was becoming very serious. She told me to got to the emergency room ( I kid you not ). Horrible customer service. If, you call to set an appointment you will be left on hold for a minimum of 20 minites. Can't ever get a call returned. Left numerous messages. Had to get a new doctor.

I called to get an appointment today. It took me just shy of an hour for anyone to pick up. Then, I showed up for my appointment, and the place was empty. As I write, I've been waiting to see the doctor for a half hour, thus far. When the doctor shows up to my place of employment, and asks why she's waiting so long, I'll tell her I was stuck waiting for someone to tend to me HERE. Be respectful of time. A damn degree doesn't give you a special pass to be inconsiderate.

Please add a fax number to your automated system or on your website. Been on hold for 15 minutes just for it...

Horrible service! My mother is very sick with an ammonia and she just came from work only 3 minutes late for her appointment the doctor turned her away due to closing hours! The lady checking in at the front desk that. Hacked us in was very rude she had black glasses and black hair she was very rude and told us to leave the complex as well as telling my mother "obviously it is passed 3 minutes, so you are obviously late for your appointment" she had a very smart mouth and do not appreciate it I would like her fired if you g... read more

Called for an appointment, put on hold for five minutes and then told they didn't have a Dr by that name on staff. I said she's listed on your website and was put on another 5 minute hold to be told now they do have that Dr but they can't schedule for them because she's "integrated health" and asked if I wanted to see a different doctor so I could be referred to the original Dr I requested. i have vCJD a prion disease but my dr refuses to diagnose me. says im exepriencing anxiety ive gone through so many bacteria/virus tests i think my insurance might drop me

A little heads up for anyone choose to go to this clinic for family doctor in the future. I went to the same doctor for the last 3 years for physical and a fasting and I only had to paid around $30 for the blood work and the physical was covered with UHC. 4 months ago I went to do the same thing, and just last week i got a letter from mountain park saying I owe little over $100 for the physical and close to $50 for the blood work. This place is horrible. Wait. Wait and more wait. I consistently come 1/2 hour early for my appointment. Yet; I have to always wait 1 or 1/2 hours before I'm seen. This is ridiculous. . Same story every time. They are really busy. . Don't come here. It's not great health care anyway. But; to have to wait every time for this long, is just wrong..
