So far my husband and I have been coming to this gym for 6 months and love it. It's always well maintained with stocked towels ,clean equipment,well kept group fit rooms and restrooms. Another plus which is unique to other gyms is the smoothie bar and access to group fit rooms when a class is not going on. Price point is reasonable expecially since towels are Included . They broke a brinks lock on a locker I was using to " clean" it out, per the female manage I spoke to. They are not responsible for lost or stolen items, she said. I had been going to this location for a month, when I was lied to about it being a daily routine for the. The worst customer service I have experienced in years. Nobody from the outside cuts a lock and keeps it with a half empty water bottle etc. Nope!

Management just made several necessary wear-and-tear repairs to machines and other pieces of equipment. Awesome job. This is the only gym (in either CA, or AZ) where I have seen the actual gym manager take a proactive and swift interest in ensuring that all equipment is in a safe and optimally working condition. You never have a hard time finding equipment or available machines here.

Hot, stuffy, a little smelly. Would be great if they opened the doors on a nice day to air the place out. Their choice in music SUCK. Plus it's played so loudly that I can't listen to my own music. Management rolls eyes when something of concern is brought up. Not always the cleanest. Would rejoin if these things changed.

Weston was a fantastic trainer!!! He was always on time, friendly, and ready to go when I got there at 5am or 7am. He always encouraged and pushed me every morning. He was also patient and accommodating with my arm injury. He would find alternative exercises to help strengthen that area with out stressing the it. I highly recommend him!!

I will never be coming back to this gym bigger joke ever they renew a "contract" for you without your permission and when you go in to cancel it you have to pay a cancellation fee that's bs

I LOVE mtnside. But the only disappointing thing is that all their yoga classes are right next to the Zumba/cycle rooms. Every single mtnside has this problem ); whenever you do yoga you can hear the Zumba coaches yelling & super loud music. It's very distracting & makes it harder for me to avoid getting another membership somewhere else. Everything else is amazing though & ive been a member for years. Love the ownership & employees.

I've been on a 5-day guest pass this week and absolutely love this gym already and will be joining officially tomorrow. I'm a class going gal because I need to get in and out in an hour and make it count, and man, their trainers don't mess around. They will have you moving the ENTIRE time and questioning some life decisions mid-way through haha. But honestly, the facility is beautiful and has always been immaculate when I've gone.
