Corporate structure is predatory and does everything and its power to make it difficult for people to cancel memberships. Beware of training contracts as if you ask to cancel training they may have you sign a hold document instead and then immediately start charging your card again after the 30 day hold expired. Three months of training charges occurred on my credit card and when I ask for a refund, none was forthcoming.
I would never sign a membership with this gym. I called arrowhead and asked them to stop my membership because I live in Hawaii and the man said I had to write a letter to the corporate office which I did. I have had many problems here recently regarding the staff. Recently Danielle has been verbally abusing her staff and the people trying to work out and mind their own business. She has also recently yelled at me and my friend for letting him in the cold plunge so he could test it out and see if he wanted to get one. She threatened to cancel my friends and my own membership.
Kids area is completely out of ratio during summer time from what I have witnessed and the babies just sit in the bouncers/ swings until their parents pick them up. No one is in the baby area attending to them and making sure they are getting time. I have a 10 year old and a 3 month old. They do not have enough staffing!!!! Makes me nervous to take my children, they don't have enough eyes on the children. Don't recommend if you have kiddos. Will not be back.
The signup team got me in and out promptly. It's a wonderful place to work out. The best in Peoria!
While the updates to the Peoria club are nice, management still does not address the basics to make going this club a great experience. #1 It's always too hot in the club. Try running when it hot. Why can't management give us a one or two degrees cooler setting on the A/C? #2. The music is too damn loud. #3 The locker rooms frequently smell like musty piss. I never see anyone in there cleaning.

Great renovation! New red light sauna and cold plunge. Staff extremely helpful. Love coming here.
