Great facility to work out at. The front desk is always friendly, the facility is clean and in good repair.
The childcare situation really needs to be addressed. They are often overrun with children with not enough staff. During these high times they should pull staff from other parts of the gym to meet state requirements. Time and time again they don't check out the children when you pick them up. They are supposed to scan their stickers before releasing them but they don't. They say they remember who the parents are but that's not a good reason to ignore checking them out IMO. Had major problems with my account. I pay every month for my family and they say I need my son wasn't on the account even though he's been in a bunch of times. They wanted me to add him as a guest and I said he's on the account. Finally talked to the manager who argued about how long I had to wait said I needed to come back again and wait again to update my son's info and bring in his birth certificate. They didn't ask for that when we signed up. They could've easily resolved this over the phone and even offer an offer an ap... read more
The front desk staff is always so friendly, the gym is kept very clean and is a great family environment!
This has been my home gym for a while now and most staff members are awesome! One staff who's will occasionally have to report to the snack bar always seems like I'm an inconvenience to her and is rude. So I won't be getting anything from the snack bar again. When I'm called to someone's house at 3am for a BS medical call I always show up with a smile and treat them with all the respect. That's my job. Customer service
This is a nice gym overall, but the leg press machine makes so much noice when I use it. if you guys could fix that it would make this gym experience much better.
Have you ever experienced an encounter with an employee that is so astonishingly rude and condescending that you assume you are on a prank show? This happened with Cailee or Kaylee at Member Services (and not limited to just us). There is a serious training or culture breakdown at this location. My family is taking our business elsewhere immediately.
amazing location! staff friendly and always makes me want to come back! affordable and clean :)
Love this gym!! I take classes 4-5 times a week. Cycle classes defiantly keep me coming back. The trainers are awesome & the childcare system ROCKS. They are so sweet to my boys. They have their hands full- but do a tremendous job managing all of the kiddos with kindness & respect.
