Nice Gym!! I have been a member for over 10 years and enjoy the atmosphere of the gym. The equipment is good but could use a couple of new pieces. The gym is clean and staff is friendly. The men's bathroom has only 1 stall designate for handicapped and large enough to accommodate a Service Dog and/or wheelchair! There is often someone in there texting while the handicapped person is waiting to use the only option available to them. This is my favorite Mountainside location! The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. They always have clean towels and antibacterial wipes available. However, because it's a great location, it is very busy and hard to find available machines/equipment at certain times of the day. The kids club is awesome! My kids love going to this location and the girls always remember my kids' names.
Great Gym. Very Clean And great smoothies. This gym is never too full any time you come the machines are always available l.
I have had a wonderful experience at this gym. The childcare workers are all wonderful and greet my children with such sincerity it makes us all love coming! I've enjoyed every workout class I've tried as well, all the instructors are fun and high energy. The gym and parking lot can get super duper busy so I do recommend going off hours if you can. But overall great experience and enjoy going here!
love this place! I'm able to get time to myself, exercise with friends in class & know my children are having fun too.
Audrey who works at the Front Desk at Shea is so welcoming and helpful. It is so nice to have a person that greets you and is interested in you. She is very competent and does an outstanding job at everything she does. Mountainside is lucky to have such an outstanding employee! Thank you!

Amazing gym with an amazing staff! The gyms are spread out, so the place feels very roomy. Definitely would recommend coming to this location!
Mountainside Fitness should be focused on members' health and fitness rather than attracting private sector investment from sources in the US and UK in non-fitness areas. Management should check the ethics of staff and trainers who engage with consultants providing illegal services (Robert Tomlinson, Kaleb Martin, Miqueias Leone, Karen Morea, Dan Contino).
