Facility itself is great. Clean, great equipment, good atmosphere. However the management needs more training. When my fiancé and I originally signed up we requested 6month membership. They had an offer where you can get a discount of $6 off your bill if we put our bank account for our payment method. We did so the next month and yet they continue to charge us the higher price. I would give ZERO Star if there an option. Super terrible experience canceling... No information was received about charges beginning again after their closure during COVID-19... My credit card was charged auto payment and when I walked in asking to cancel they would not unless I give 1 month notice and they will also not refund the payment what was deducted due to corporate policies. (The manager was like #we steal your money# but we wont refund due to corporate policies)... they would not refund the money even though I nev... read more
