I will never be coming back to this gym bigger joke ever they renew a "contract" for you without your permission and when you go in to cancel it you have to pay a cancellation fee that's bs

I LOVE mtnside. But the only disappointing thing is that all their yoga classes are right next to the Zumba/cycle rooms. Every single mtnside has this problem ); whenever you do yoga you can hear the Zumba coaches yelling & super loud music. It's very distracting & makes it harder for me to avoid getting another membership somewhere else. Everything else is amazing though & ive been a member for years. Love the ownership & employees.

I've been on a 5-day guest pass this week and absolutely love this gym already and will be joining officially tomorrow. I'm a class going gal because I need to get in and out in an hour and make it count, and man, their trainers don't mess around. They will have you moving the ENTIRE time and questioning some life decisions mid-way through haha. But honestly, the facility is beautiful and has always been immaculate when I've gone. BEST gym ever! I love this place. It's open and comfortable to workout in. They have so much equipment to use and some of the best classes I've been to! It's nice and clean and super inviting. Love it!

Love this place. But why do they have to turn the fans off 10 minutes before close that's when I'm finishing up my cardio and am dying.

I joined this over priced gym during the covid shut down. Their owner Tom seems like a man of principles and I respect that. I joined online and went one day before they folded and followed suit with the other gyms despite telling all of their patrons they would not close. I went twice more after they reopened and every time I went I had to wait for equipment. They had broken equipment not enough weight and their regulars seem more interested in getting dolled up, drenched in cologne and taking selfies on the equipment then ... read more

Hi Mountianside management. Please let your advertiser / vendor that is sending texts to ask us to come back to not send them in the middle of the night. I am on-call and I have to keep my phone on. This is will do the exact opposite.

I have been a member of this gym on and off for over ten years. There is nothing that would make me want to move my membership to another gym. The employees are always so nice, my daughter enjoys the kids area and begs to go, the gym is always very clean and everyone has been professional in every experience I have ever had.

I really enjoy going to Mountainside Fitness, made many friends there and have always been treated great. Since the Covid-19 has started I have chose to suspend my membership, the problem is you have go in person before the new month begins to suspend and you only do it for one month at a time, if your one day late after the new month starts you are charged for the whole month, they say there is no way to back out charges of your credit card, even if they give you misinformation over the phone which happened to me, I called ... read more
