The front desk staff is always so friendly, the gym is kept very clean and is a great family environment!
This has been my home gym for a while now and most staff members are awesome! One staff who's will occasionally have to report to the snack bar always seems like I'm an inconvenience to her and is rude. So I won't be getting anything from the snack bar again. When I'm called to someone's house at 3am for a BS medical call I always show up with a smile and treat them with all the respect. That's my job. Customer service
This is a nice gym overall, but the leg press machine makes so much noice when I use it. if you guys could fix that it would make this gym experience much better.
Have you ever experienced an encounter with an employee that is so astonishingly rude and condescending that you assume you are on a prank show? This happened with Cailee or Kaylee at Member Services (and not limited to just us). There is a serious training or culture breakdown at this location. My family is taking our business elsewhere immediately.

Love this gym!! I take classes 4-5 times a week. Cycle classes defiantly keep me coming back. The trainers are awesome & the childcare system ROCKS. They are so sweet to my boys. They have their hands full- but do a tremendous job managing all of the kiddos with kindness & respect.
I love this gym! The childcare has been such a blessing as I was struggling to find comfort in leaving my kids and the girls have always been so patient and helpful with my journey. They tried time and time again when my youngest cried as I left and now he loves going in! They are like family, they know me and our boys and my children remind me to go daily so they can go play with friends! Emily, Faith, Sam, Delaney and all the girls I can't remember, thank you for being amazing!!
Been going to the gym for 4 years now. Have been taking my kids since day one. The girls in the children are so welcoming and amazing, I always feel at ease leaving my kids there. They listen to everything I have asked and requested when it comes to my children. Hard to trust anyone with your children now a days but I trust the girls there.
I honestly can't wait until my membership is up to expire. I've been with this gym for about 2 months and I never feel really welcomed nor get the help I need. I asked the receptionist at the front desk about the massage chair my phone wasn't scanning to get the massage. It was my first attempt and I told her it wasn't working and she just told me it should work, but didn't bother to come check to see if there was an issue or if I was simply doing it wrong so I just left and she told me "thank you for coming in" after she se... read more
