BEST gym ever! I love this place. It's open and comfortable to workout in. They have so much equipment to use and some of the best classes I've been to! It's nice and clean and super inviting. Love it!

Love this place. But why do they have to turn the fans off 10 minutes before close that's when I'm finishing up my cardio and am dying.

I've been a member over 10 years. I am tired of bringing up issues and have them be ignored. I've written emails to Danielle J, the general manager many times. #1 It's usually hot in the club. I am tired of doing a run when it's hot. Also, why are the front doors to the club always propped open? I might as well run outside. Would it stay cooler if the front doors where not propped open when its 93 degrees F outside? #2. The PA system for music is loud. I joined this over priced gym during the covid shut down. Their owner Tom seems like a man of principles and I respect that. I joined online and went one day before they folded and followed suit with the other gyms despite telling all of their patrons they would not close. I went twice more after they reopened and every time I went I had to wait for equipment. They had broken equipment not enough weight and their regulars seem more interested in getting dolled up, drenched in cologne and taking selfies on the equipment then ... read more

Hi Mountianside management. Please let your advertiser / vendor that is sending texts to ask us to come back to not send them in the middle of the night. I am on-call and I have to keep my phone on. This is will do the exact opposite.

I have been a member of this gym on and off for over ten years. There is nothing that would make me want to move my membership to another gym. The employees are always so nice, my daughter enjoys the kids area and begs to go, the gym is always very clean and everyone has been professional in every experience I have ever had.

I really enjoy going to Mountainside Fitness, made many friends there and have always been treated great. Since the Covid-19 has started I have chose to suspend my membership, the problem is you have go in person before the new month begins to suspend and you only do it for one month at a time, if your one day late after the new month starts you are charged for the whole month, they say there is no way to back out charges of your credit card, even if they give you misinformation over the phone which happened to me, I called ... read more

Facility itself is great. Clean, great equipment, good atmosphere. However the management needs more training. When my fiancé and I originally signed up we requested 6month membership. They had an offer where you can get a discount of $6 off your bill if we put our bank account for our payment method. We did so the next month and yet they continue to charge us the higher price. I would give ZERO Star if there an option. Super terrible experience canceling... No information was received about charges beginning again after their closure during COVID-19... My credit card was charged auto payment and when I walked in asking to cancel they would not unless I give 1 month notice and they will also not refund the payment what was deducted due to corporate policies.
