This is a great gym. I had some issues in the past but they addressed them, and overall there are so many great things and services, and great employees, that it overrides any small negatives

Hi Brice, We have spoken to this employee and taken the actions needed to make sure it does not happen again. This behavior is not condoned and we pride ourselves on customer service as well as cleanliness in the clubs.
OK for a 55 year old, I have been to 5 High Fitness classes and absolutely love them. Kirsten, Kim and Laura are great motivators to lead the class! I have to modify the class a little but I finish it. They should have more of them (weekend) plus the locations around the Pavilion need more also. Plus you need to be able to search on your website the class and see the locations that have that class on that day!
