Do NOT sign auto-renew with these characters . Red flag #1 Matt signing me in and offering auto-renewal on membership vs personal trainer. I assumed membership as I asked for 12 training sessions. I signed up for 3 months PERIOD. "Thats not what your contract says" so for all seeking a gym, read it all and do NOT let them auto renewal. All representatives are trained to inform buyers of this policy. In addition, all customers receive a copy of their agreement for their records. We truly do care and appreciate your business here and we tried our best to help it end more positively. We do also appreciate the feedback on your trainer, and are glad to hear Steve met your expectations.
The gym offers a 30 day money back guarantee but they definitely make you work to get your money back. I contacted the manager to get my refund and didn't expect there to be any issues as I was within the 30 day period. After a week, I called back because I still had not received my refund and was told by the manager that she'd check on that again and make sure it went through. I never got the refund so I eventually had to contact my credit card to get it. So much time wasted for nothing.
