I take my daughters with me to the gym 5-6 days a week and normally go to the Happy Valley location. I hate exercising. A lot. Some might say I'm allergic... I get red, sweaty, short of breath... definitely an allergic reaction. The anxiety surrounding getting ready for a gym session and doing a workout is pretty pathetic... but that's how I've always been. I have been a member of Mountainside for over a year and I still hate exercise, but this community has significantly reduced the internal terror I feel when I consider having to work out.
