This is a great gym. I had some issues in the past but they addressed them, and overall there are so many great things and services, and great employees, that it overrides any small negatives

OK for a 55 year old, I have been to 5 High Fitness classes and absolutely love them. Kirsten, Kim and Laura are great motivators to lead the class! I have to modify the class a little but I finish it. They should have more of them (weekend) plus the locations around the Pavilion need more also. Plus you need to be able to search on your website the class and see the locations that have that class on that day! By far the absolute best gym I have ever been to in my whole life. Rhiannon is the friendliest, nicest, most professional employee I have ever met at any mountainside gym. Mountainside needs more like her.

I love being a member of mountainside! Wonderful equipment and the staff is outstanding! Mike, Logan, Mark, Rhiannon, Tyra, and everyone I've encountered there has been consistently friendly and helpful. The management must be using some kind of wizardry to have assembled such an amazing team. Thank you so much for all you do!

This gym is my 2nd home, there isn't a gym that I feel more welcome at. The employees are great and always have a smile on their face, and will go above and beyond for their members. There isn't another gym that I'd ever prefer to workout at. The towels are always stocked and assistance from the employees is always quick and effective. They really know how to make a gym function to its peak performance. I will continue to go here for many years to come.

I have been a member for a few months now and I wouldn't go to any other gym in the area. Mountainside, specially this location, is such a great place to workout, whether you're taking a class, using the cardio equipment or the weight floor, you always get the most up to date machines and a fantastic overall gym experience. MountainSide Fitness in the Valley is without a doubt the preeminent Fitness facility... I cycle professionally for Team USA , and I'm often at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado. I spend crazy hours at all kinds of fitness centers when traveling, but MountainSide Fitness outshines all of them. It's far cleaner, the machines are far better, and the staff is far nicer. Great gym with very poor guest services. Is it impossible for the front desk people to attempt to remember a guest. This is a continual displeasure of mine here. If I step outside the front door to take a phone call as a courtesy to other members not to yap on the phone around people working out please don't harass me for my key tag every time I come back in.
