The room was clean and spacious. \n\n There wasn't any complimentary 1 day wifi in the room. The toilet was small.
Location to public transportation \n\n SMOKING in rooms? Smells in room and hallway. LOUDNESS in lobby.
Location, location, location. Also the staff was cordial, attentive and thorough. The suite was very spacious and comfortable for 3 good girl friends on a trip to the city. \n\n Kitchen cabinets were tacky, old, doors stuck. Not up to the rest of the suite.

Staff that are helpful and prompt with their response - from the door-person, to front desk staff, cleaners and maintenance staff. Makes one stay comfortable and hassle free. \n\n - everything was fine even for a person who did not have a money card to use.

Great location, big space for Manhattan. The kitchen was just adequate but made it possible for me to cook for my limited allergy diet (though I brought a few supplies from home too). The staff was friendly too. Good apartment for my needs.\n\nIt's true the elevator is quite slow because they're renovating it. Old style apartments converted into hotel rooms. Felt like a true New Yorker again and a tourist staying in a hotel.
