Location, location, location. Also the staff was cordial, attentive and thorough. The suite was very spacious and comfortable for 3 good girl friends on a trip to the city. \n\n Kitchen cabinets were tacky, old, doors stuck. Not up to the rest of the suite.

Staff that are helpful and prompt with their response - from the door-person, to front desk staff, cleaners and maintenance staff. Makes one stay comfortable and hassle free. \n\n - everything was fine even for a person who did not have a money card to use.

Great location, big space for Manhattan. The kitchen was just adequate but made it possible for me to cook for my limited allergy diet (though I brought a few supplies from home too). The staff was friendly too. Good apartment for my needs.\n\nIt's true the elevator is quite slow because they're renovating it. I was on the 3rd floor though and just took the stairs with no problem.\n\nGreat...

Old style apartments converted into hotel rooms. Felt like a true New Yorker again and a tourist staying in a hotel.
The room was clean and spacious. \n\n There wasn't any complimentary 1 day wifi in the room. The toilet was small.
Location to public transportation \n\n SMOKING in rooms? Smells in room and hallway. LOUDNESS in lobby.
