The staff was very helpful.\n\nAlthough I do not frequently travel to New York City, I will definitely be staying at the Murray Hill East Suite Hotel. The staff is very accomodating, it is close to Grand Central Station and Times Square and the price was very fair. My friends and I had an excellent experience!
Felt like home!!\n\nNo restauraunt\n\nLoved the hotel!! Felt safe and the area was nice, hotel staff was friendly.
Quiet, friendly staff, clean rooms and necessary amenities. Close enough to transit and walking to many attractions.\n\nElevators slow at times and somewhat small so a few times we had to wait for the second elevator.\n\nReally liked having kitchen to have breakfast and make snacks/lunch to take with us therefore more economical to have nicer dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff....
The kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, and ovens.\n\nHuge amount of exterior noise leaks in.\n\nGreat location and value for NYC, especially with the kitchenette included. The thinness of the exterior walls did make it hard to concentrate on work (if working in your room) and fall asleep, however.

You can get a smoking room.\n\nEverything was great.\n\nThe bed was not the comfiest, but it was good enough. Cable, cheap internet, spacious, the suite came with a small kitchen.
Kitchen\n\nA bit out of the way - long walking distance, would have been better with 2 beds and a sitting couch.
Kitchenette is a GREAT feature.\n\nThis is notr for luxury tourists\n\nWe have stayed here many times. There is a small exercise facility in the basement and it is a short run to Central Park, so if you exercise, it's got everything you need. The kitchenette is a great feature because if you want to have a breakfast in or a drink before dinner, you have everything you need.
