Proximity to Times Square\n\nAttitude of staff upon arrival.\n\nGood location and more than adequate facilities.

Good location, room was quite large.\n\n The room smelt disgusting. It was obviously a smoking room. Every piece of furniture and linen smelt like smoke.

Great location and large rooms.\n\nVery dated and worn furnishings, carpets, surfaces. Poor quality sheets and towels.

Location isn't too bad.\n\nReally old and unclean room. They put a pink sheet and a green old blanket with holes on it.\n\nI would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's old and dirty.

Convenient location, large room.\n\nThe hotel bed sheets and blankets were dirty, and we were charged extra for having one more person.\n\nOverall, good deal for the dollar paid. Very convenient location, just 10 minute walk to time square and 7 minute walk to Empire state. Many small stores and cafes to eat. The staff is not very friendly. The room was clean enough, however, the bed sheets and...

Good service at the reception.\n\nThis shouldn't be listed as hotel - living conditions are poor and very old.\n\nDoesn't reflect the reviews at all. It would be rated 2/10 stars due to the hygiene of this place and how old the furnitures are.

Roomy comfortable, great location.\n\nI like a receipt and they said priceline would provide one, my orignal reservation is that the receipt?

Very upscale location, there is a guarded entrance, Victorian gating, and a friendly neighborhood. Responsible co-op, and a fun place to live in the big apple.
