Not what we booked When we arrived, we were given a different room type which was conveyed to us as an upgrade. Unfortunately, what the desk clerk failed to mention was that the upgraded room was a smoking room. Returning to the desk, we were told there was nothing else available but we could return in the morning to see if anything opened up. Very close to Grand Central Station. Very convenient to Grand Central, large rooms, but somewhat aged. Quiet, but had trouble with AC that was extremely loud but did not work., a light that could not be turned off and a closet door that was hanging off the track. As well, The bathroom was not completely cleaned. Was given an upgrade upon arrival and the suite was large and airy with an outstanding balcony/terrace, full kitchen...

the space was great. the dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and the suite size where very cool. \n\n Something kept biting me on the bed, possibly bedbugs

Location and access to NY city. Room okay. \n\n Pricing system that varies from day to day. You would expect price to decrease or stay the same for longer stay but it varies $150-$300 is too much of a variation. Also the billing system and receipt not clear enough. Should give receipt for total stay and hotel cost for reimbursement purposes. Computer printout not good enough!
