Staff was very accommodating for my family that included children and senior citizens. Hotel was clean, in a fun safe neighborhood.\n\nThe hotel is in a great neighborhood of NYC. Size of room with kitchenette and very friendly staff.\n\nMicrowave would have been nice. A typical old bedspread cleaned how often?\n\nIdeal hotel for our purposes. For a longer stay theres plenty of room to relax and spread out. Convenient location, fairly close to subway. Also cost per night was a real bargain. I'd definitely stay there again.
The spaciousness of the suite accommodations.\n\nFurnishings were dated.\n\nA real gem! Will plan to incorporate it in my future visits to NYC.

Spacious with suite and kitchen. \n\nWifi broke down and there was no backup during stay.
They didn't charged me for the items I purchased online and shipped to the hotel!\n\nMy bed was really awful! We had some back problems there.\n\n.
