Jordon kept me informed throughout the proces. Personally texting me on the status of each step and when questions were asked he was quick to respond and if he didn't know the answer, he asked his leads and got back in touch with me. I appreciated him being very easy to talk with.

Jordan was proactive with communication, he listened to my concerns and addressed them, he was humble when he wasn't sure of an answer, fully willing to get with his leadership team and get back to me to make sure the answers were accurate. I did not feel like we were merely a "sale" or number (even though I am very aware of the tight competition to land these types of loans).
