Robert was so personable, responsive, and professional. He made every step of the process as smooth as possible, even the parts that were farther out of his control. Initially I wasn't sure this was the path I wanted to take and Robert explained every option and answered my every question. He really was so wonderful - patience, integrity, and follow -through defined him. Highly recommend!
